This is a beautiful playground to explore nature on a 200-acre territory bounded by a river, three lakes and mountainous terrain. Fill your lungs with fresh air with numerous trails totalling over 10 km.
Trails are easily accessible and loop so you can hike between 1 and 3 hours, stopping to admire the landscape.
"Stress and stress-related illnesses have become a huge burden on society. We are now looking to nature, the environment that has been familiar to us for millions of years, for solutions. Nature-centered therapies - ecotherapies - are preventive approaches to lower stress levels, improve quality of life, and reduce the burden of stress-related illnesses on public health services."
- Professor Yoshifumi Miyazaki

A return to nature
You can achieve anything when you are in good health. The hectic city life is not harmful in itself, but our bodies need nature to stay balanced. Poor sleep and the absence of respite and rest can lead to an unbalanced nervous system.
Natural light, fresh air, a peaceful place, are essential ingredients to practice your yoga sessions, tai-chi or simply to meditate freely. Bring your yoga mat, we provide the rest.
Cyclists can get to our site from the Petit Train du Nord bike path. From Val-Barette, you can take Route 311 to our domain or ask for our shuttle service to avoid the side road.
On our site, Fatbike and mountain bike enthusiasts can enjoy the Jos Montferrand trail. From Mitchell Creek, athletes can follow a trail on the Papineau-Labelle Reserve, near the Oligny sector.
On the other side of the mountain, our friends from Expédition rêve blanc organize dog sledding trips on the territory of the Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Reserve. The site is quickly accessible via Kar-Ha-Kon Road, a few minutes from the Domaine. Book your trip now!
